Boho Paintings in Colorful Interiors

OMG!! I cannot get over these colorful, boho interiors and I am so thrilled that my paintings are among other vibrant artists in these eclectic spaces. LOOK at this bedroom by @theflamingoandthefox isn’t it just the most magical bohemian dream? You MUST check out @theflamingoandthefox Instagram page because each photo of her home in Australia is more whimsical and colorful than the next (if that’s even possible). I was so honored to have my happy, boho koala painting hang in her daughter’s kid bedroom. What a dream come true! This painting was so popular that I decided to make Giclee (museum quality) prints so if you love this koala and you’d like your own grab it HERE

Now for my next collaboration with my friend, Sara Raak. Sara also has an eclectic and colorful home. Sara combines color and pattern like no other. If you’re not following her already then find her here @sararaak. Her home is super quirky and fun and working with her was a delight. Sara hung my boho giraffe in her entryway and I think it really gives a good introduction of what’s to come in her main living room which is styled impeccably with pops or color and pattern in her eclectic living area. Sara’s entryway is also not just any entryway with colorful patterned rugs and statement pieces of vibrant furniture. Can I move in with you, Sara?

Lastly, we are off to the Netherlands (I know... we fancy!) to visit @colorful_kimmes who has one of the most colorful and vibrant bohemian homes I’ve seen. My boho wolf with flower crown adorns her rose-colored wall. Can you spot it?

Isn’t Kim’s space magical? I love the eclectic gallery wall she has put together marrying vintage finds with original newer pieces. I also just can’t get enough of this hot pink bench! The hot pink bench and the bright pink background of my wolf painting look so great together. I was really pleased to see this wolf find a bohemian palace to live in even if it is far, far away.

You didn’t ask me… but WHAT MAKES A GREAT BOHO HOME? I would say layers, color and not being afraid to fly that eclectic freak flag. The more art the better! The more color the better! The more plants the better! Can’t decide between two rugs? Buy both and lay them on top of each other like Sara. Go for it!

Chase the rainbow!
